Meet at the Dance:

The name of the song I used is “Nothing On You” by B.o.b featuring Bruno Mars. This song relates to the meeting at the dance because when he first saw her he said the was beautiful and fell in love at first sight. The lines from the song are” Beautiful girls all over the word that I could be chasin’ but my time would be wasted, they got nothin’ on you baby, nothin’ on you baby. The lines from the book are: “If I profane with my unworthiest hand. This holy shrine, the gentle sin is this: My lips, two blushing pilgrims, ready stand

Balcony Scene:

The song I used was “The Nicest Thing” by Kate Nash. This song relates to when Juliet was talking to herself in the balcony saying that she fell in love with Romeo. The lyrics that relate to it are: “I wish that without me your heart would break,

Fight/ Romeo crying:

The song I used is “Slipped Away” by Avril Lavigne. This song is for people who have died. This song relates to the Romeo crying because he killed someone and is getting banished. The lyrics that relate to this are: “Now your gone, Now your gone. There you go, there you go. Somewhere I cant bring you back. Now your gone, now your gone. There you go, there you go. Somewhere your not coming back.” The lines from the book are: “As if that name, Shot from the deadly level of a gun, Did murder her, as that name’s cursed hand Murdered her kinsman. Funeral Song:

The song I used is “Precious Child” by Karen Taylor Good. The Capulets lost Juliet. The song relates to the death of her because they lost her when she was only 13 turning 14. The lyrics that relate are: “In my heart you live on. Always there, never gone. Precious child, left to soon. Though it may be true that we’re apart.” You will live forever, in my heart. The lines from the book are: “The statue I will make of Romeo to lie beside his Juliet will be just as rich. They were poor sacrifices of our rivalry!”

Fight Scene(Police Report)

Three young gentlemen were fighting. The names are Tybalt, Mercutio and Romeo. At first they weren’t serious at all. But then things got a little out of hand and then they were serious fighting. I think that Tybalt was at fault for this whole thing because Mercutio was just sitting there minding his own business and then Tybalt has the guts to go over to the fountain that he was in and insult him. So Mercutio played back and was teasing. So then they were fighting and Romeo jumped in front of the fight to break it up. Mercutio was stabbed in the chest under Romeo’s arm. Mercutio blamed Romeo for dying. Everyone thought he was playing, when he wasn’t, so they were just messing around with him. Until he actually died, they realized he wasn’t joking. Then Romeo went after Tybalt after he killed Mercutio. Those two were fighting for death and they wouldn’t stop until someone actually died. A lot of people were making the fight worse by just egging it on. Then Romeo stuck up his sword and Tybalt fell on it not realizing it was there. I don’t think Romeo should get blamed for this because he was just doing it for self-defense.

Jack:(talking to himself) She is the prettiest thing i've seen. Even all the girls on the ship are jealous of her. She is the love of my love, I wish she knew that. I wish I were closer to her.

Rose:(sighs and doesn't know Jack is by her)

Jack: Speak again. She sounds like an angel and she is mine.

Rose:(talking to herself) Jack, why do you have to go by the name Jack? Forget my dad even exists, forget my name is Rose. I love you and I will no longer be rich anymore.

Jack:(talking to himself) Should I respond?

Rose: (hears something) Are you the enemy? Is it Jack? Your name doesnt matter it is only a name. Who are you?

Jack: My name? It is something I cant tell you.

Rose: I know who you are. It is Jack.

Jack: I am not Jack if you dont want me to be.

Rose: If they see you, they will kill you.

Jack: I will not die. I can defend myself. If I do die, my last memory if of you.

Rose: If you get in a fight I will pretend I dont know you.

Jack: I will be in the dark. How can they see me or find me? Anyways I rather die than have you not love me.

Rose: How did you even find me?

Jack: Love! How else? Just followed my heart.

Rose: If I knew you were listening to my conversation, I would have thought of what I said before I said it. But I guess it is too late now. I love you, Jack. Just dont think I fall to quickly. I will be true to you and not hide what I feel or play games like those other girls.

Jack: I swear....

Rose: Dont swear. 

Jack: Then what?

Rose: If you truly love me, just tell me. I seriously do love you.

Jack: It depends if you are just going to leave me.

Rose: What do you mean just leave you, never.

Jack: (Smiles)

Rose: What are you smiling about?

Jack: Nothing just thinking about something

Rose: Our last kiss?

Jack: Mhmm. I would like another one.

Rose: I already did, but I will give you another one....Mom is calling!

Jack: I think this is just a dream...Only because it is at night.

Rose: Bye! I will see you tomorrow and if you are serious about this, we will get married tomorrow. What time?
